The Problem
AI avatar video tools like HeyGen are powerful but expensive and closed — there was room for a leaner, more focused alternative for a specific use case.
What Was Built
A working Sprint-1 prototype of an AI video generation SaaS concept: script-to-video pipeline, avatar rendering flow, and the core product loop validated end-to-end.
Impact
Proved the core technical pipeline (script → voice → avatar video) end-to-end in a single sprint, validating feasibility before further investment.
